The Registar's Office maintains a record of each student's academic work. The permanent record of a Brevard Community College credit student shall consist of: student name and identifier, transfer credit, courses enrolled in for each term, cumulative grade point average (GPA), term GPA, hours attempted, hours earned, grades, quality points earned, degrees and certificates earned and honors.
An official transcript of your permanent record must be requested in writing and is issued through the Office of the Registrar. You'll find complete details on this process at the Transcript Requests link in the left column of this page.

Your records are protected by FERPA, the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. To protect the privacy of your educational records, please understand that academic advising and the release of student information is not available over the phone and only limited information can be shared via email. The FERPA section has more details on your privacy rights.
Throughout this section of our website you'll find lots of information related to the functions of the Registrar's Office, including details about applying for graduation, changing your major, dropping a class or getting a duplicate diploma. We're always happy to help.
