Official Communications via Email

The College uses a free student email system known as Titan Email as the official means of communication for registered students. Financial Services and the Office of the Registrar utilize this system for notifications regarding student financial accounts and student records, such as grade changes and commencement and graduation information.

Students are expected to check their email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with College-related communications. Students must ensure that there is sufficient space in their accounts to allow for email to be delivered. Students have the responsibility to recognize that certain communications may be time-sensitive. There is also a link below in the accordion if you want to forward your EFSC student email to an account you already use.

The e-mail system is Office 365 — commonly referred to as Student Email or Titan email when you log into myEFSC or access the direct login though the EFSC Logins dropdown menu on the website. Your email account includes communication from instructors regarding class work (which can also take place within Canvas), accounting and financial aid. As part of their Office 365 E-mail account, all currently enrolled EFSC students also have the ability to download the Microsoft Office ProPlus desktop applications for use on up to five desktop and/or mobile devices at no cost.

Your Student Email account will be activated within 24 hours after you are admitted to the college. Information about accessing your login credentials will be included with your acceptance letter. To view the initial email password, you login to the myEFSC Portal and check the email information area.

How do I log into the EFSC student email system, Office 365 ?

The direct URL for the EFSC email system is https://www.outlook.com/titans.easternflorida.edu

You can also easily access this through the MyEFSC Portal button at the upper right of all Eastern Florida public website pages.

What is my login ID ?

Your login username is your student B# or your Titan email address. If you are logging in through the email system direct link you should be redirected to the Titan Single Sign on window. If you do ever see a Microsoft Outlook log in box, enter your Titan student email address and you will be redirected to complete the sign in process.

Your email address is your last name followed by a period, then first name followed by a series of numbers if required to make your user ID unique. The domain name, the part that comes after the @ sign, is titans.easternflorida.edu, so the complete email address will be similar to Smith.John123@titans.easternflorida.edu

You may obtain your email ID by logging into myEFSC, choosing TitanWeb from the left column and selecting the "personal information" link, followed by the "View Email Addresses/or Network ID" link. Your email address will also be displayed in myEFSC after you login. What is my initial password?

Your initial email system password will be set based on a format explained inside the myEFSC portal in the Student Email section. You will be instructed on how to change your password after your initial login to the Outlook 365 System.

Please Note: If you are accessing email on or after October 21, 2018 your password to login to check your email will be the same as your pin or password which you use to sign into myEFSC.  

Can I forward my Titan email to another email account such as gmail?

Yes, you can and steps are easy. Visit the Microsoft Outlook Support page for details.

Where can I get additional information or help on Office 365 ?

Office 365 help is available by logging into your account and clicking on the "?" icon on the top right side of the main menu. Additional information is available on Microsoft's website.

Does my Office 365 account expire when I graduate from Eastern Florida?

No. Students can keep this email address for life. Access to the Office Apps will be restricted to view-only mode if you are not registered for classes.
