Student User ID and Password Help

It is important to remember that EFSC has many secure sites that require your User ID (your student identification number) and a Password. The following table has information about this important ID and password.

You'll use these to log in to the myEFSC Portal and the Student Records System, known as Titan Web Services. Through the portal and in Titan, you will be able to register for classes and view your educational records: grades, holds, student email account address, current major, and the list goes on.

You'll use this same information for the state's FloridaShines system, through which you can run an unofficial transcript.

What is my Username/Student ID and Password?

• Your Username or User ID (also called Student Identification Number) is your 8-digit number that begins with a capital "B" — and you must enter the "B" as a capital letter before the 8 numbers when logging in to EFSC systems that use this ID. The Student ID was sent to you in your acceptance letter and email. You can also login to the myEFSC Portal with your EFSC Titan email address instead of your Username.

• Your Password is used to log in to the secure area along with your Student ID Number/User ID or student email address.

• For newly admitted students, your Password is initially set to your birthdate followed by "-Efsc", in the form of MMDDYY-Efsc. You should then change it in the system.

• Previously admitted and returning students: your myEFSC password is the password you last used to log in. If you forgot that password, visit the Titan Sign In screen and click the “Forgot Password” option.

• If you do not know your User ID/Student ID number, visit the Student ID Lookup page.

• You also can log in to myEFSC and the Titan Sign In with your Titan email address, which was sent to you when you were accepted to EFSC. Your Student ID # can also be found  once logged in to myEFSC by clicking the myGPS icon to visit the degree self-auditing system. You will see your Student ID listed inside the myGPS system.

Visit the Titan Self-Service Dashboard to log in or if needed, to reset your login password.

If you are not able to obtain your Student ID number through the online options above, please contact the Admissions Office at any campus. EFSC faculty and staff should call Human Resources.

• Because your student ID number is protected information, you cannot receive your number over the phone. Your records are protected by the Family Education and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and will not be provided to anyone other than yourself without written permission.
