Preparing to Graduate

The on-Campus Spring Commencement Ceremony, planned for May 14, has been canceled due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus emergency. The cancellation will not impact students graduating and receiving their certificates or diplomas by mail if they meet all graduation requirements and have applied to graduate.

EFSC will host a Virtual Commencement on May 14 at 11 AM to honor Spring Term graduates. View more details and lots of fun social media content.

Degrees are not conferred until the end of the term and upon verification that all requirements have been met. Students are responsible for determining that they've met all graduation requirements and have no outstanding financial obligations to the College.

Students who meet all graduation requirements for any degree or certificate program must apply to graduate to receive their Eastern Florida State College degree, whether or not they plan to attend the commencement exercises.

EFSC holds two commencement ceremonies each year at the Melbourne Campus King Center, at the end of the fall and spring terms. Summer graduates are invited to walk in the fall ceremony. Be sure to review ceremony information, including information about EFSC's guest ticket process.

Congratulations To Our Spring Candidates!
