Reporting Sexual Misconduct

Students, employees, faculty, and others who experience or witness Sexual Misconduct may report incidents to any of the following College representatives. Please use the College’s Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form to make a report. You may choose to fill out this form prior to or while meeting with any of the below-named individuals:

Any College employee who receives information about an incident of alleged Sexual Misconduct must notify each of the above-named College representatives within 24 hours. Please use the EFSC Reporting Form for College Employees when receiving such information.
