Monday, April 26th at 4 PM

View info about these EFSCares sessions.

In this month's conversation with Symoné Mendez, LMHC, we will cover how to identify stress and what you can do to address it. Stress is very much a shared experience, even though we sometimes experience it in different ways. Let's come together and learn how to address our stress in a healthy manner! This student-only conversation is designed to be safe and encouraging, so come ready to engage! As with all EFSCares services, participation is confidential.
